What the AI does

• Reads proposal files and suggests scope, payment, timeline, and warranty details.
• Looks up public information about a contractor and shows its sources.
• Points out missing details and drafts follow-up questions.

What it doesn't do

• It doesn't choose a contractor or tell you who to hire.
• It isn't legal, financial, engineering, or inspection advice.
• It can miss or misread details, and public records can be incomplete or out of date.

You stay in control

Nothing the AI finds is saved until you confirm it. Scores are calculated by fixed rules from confirmed information, so the same inputs always produce the same result.
