Terms of Service

Last updated October 4, 2026

These terms apply when you create an account or use Scovexa. By using the service you agree to them.

What Scovexa is

Scovexa is decision-support software that helps homeowners organize contractor bids, compare them on seven factors, and track a renovation. It is not a contractor, broker, lender, inspector, insurer, or law firm, and it does not hire, endorse, or guarantee any contractor.

Your account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and confirm.
  • Keep your sign-in details private.
  • Don't upload content you don't have the right to share.

Plans and access

Lifetime Comparison access is a one-time purchase. Complete access lasts 12 months from purchase. Project limits and plan details are shown on the pricing page at the time you buy. Access can be removed if a payment is refunded or disputed.

Your decisions

Scores, summaries, and suggested questions are information to help you decide. You make the final hiring, payment, and contract decisions, and you should review contracts with a qualified professional when needed.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Scovexa is provided "as is" and is not liable for contractor performance, workmanship, delays, or losses arising from decisions you make.

Changes
